Welcome to our Minor Information Page.
Pursuant to Colorado Revised Statutes 25-4-2103, and our company policy, we are offering our Professional Tattooing & Piercing services to Minors. There are some restrictions and proper identification for the minor and their custodial parent and/or legal guardian are required. There are release forms that both must fill out, and copies of the identification presented will be made on the reverse side of those forms.
The following are the requirements and restrictions
for Minors to receive Body Art from us:
- For Tattoos or Piercing the Minor must be at least 16 years of age.
(for nipple and genital piercings they must be at least 18 years of age). - They MUST be accompanied by their Custodial Parent or Legal Guardian
- They MUST present Proper Identification (See Guidelines Below...).
Proper Photo Identification Required! NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
- The Minor MUST have Proper Identification! We accept all State, Military and Federal Photo Identification Cards and/or Driver’s License, Passports or a valid School PhotoID AND their Birth Certificate.
- The Custodial Parent or Legal Guardian MUST have Proper Identification! We accept all State, Military and Federal Photo Identification Cards and/or Driver’s License and Passports.
- Be forewarned... make sure you have proper identification before coming to the studio. We do not make exceptions!
